The holiday villa extends over two levels with occupancy up to 10 people. The ground floor consists of three large, air-conditioned double rooms with a family bathroom with bath with shower and separate shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The spacious living room leads to a large terrace overlooking the pool and the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the lower floor there is another small, modern kitchenette and a second living room with a pool table for the entertainment of the guests. Two further bedrooms, also air conditioned, are on this level together with a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The air conditioning is also suitable for heating if needed in the winter months.
The villa is located on a large plot with pool (pool heating on request / extra charge) and sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The pool has a flat paddle area, with the main pool 1 to 2 meters deep. There is a barbecue area with plenty of space for all guests.
The villa has wireless internet and television is provided via an internet-based service with a large number of international channels in all languages ​​as well as sports channels.
