This villa offers a quality accommodation in spacious and attractive surroundings. It has an elegant living room with dining area, an exceptionally high ceiling and spectacular, gallery-like library with a view of the living room. A window front with large doors leads to a large, covered terrace and offers a view of the sea.
There is a modern and very well equipped kitchen. Villa Sebasti�o has three stylishly furnished bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed as a sky bed and a bath en-suite. Terrace doors lead to an outside terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed with terasse doors to an outside terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In the upper section there is the large main bedroom with bathroom en-suite.
In the entrance hall there is a guest toilet. The sleeping area occupies a large part of the traditional Algarve villa. Due to some low walls and stairs, the villa is not suitable for small children. Central heating for the cooler months is available. This villa offers space for 6 people in the bedrooms and for another child there is a folding bed available. |
