The holiday home is prepared for up to 5 persons with 2 bedrooms and a sleeping sofa in the living room. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. On the groundfloor you will find the living room with Smart-TV and international channels, open kitchen, small bathroom and a storage room with washing and drying machine. Situated on the first floor are the two bedrooms and and a bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a large roof terrace with stunning ocean view. A patio in front of the living room is ideal for ouside dining. Beach umbrella and small beach chairs can be used.

Location notes

This townhouse is located only 800m from the famous beach of Senhora da Rocha and Praia Nova with some beach restaurants.
You can also make beautiful walks on the cliffs to the lively village of Armação de Pera with lovely beaches, its many restaurants, bars and shops, which is just 2,5km away.
Half way over the main road there is the INTERMARCHE supermarket for your daily needs.
Property is located 5 min to public transportation with acces to most of the Algarve beaches.
