The residential units are equipped with air conditioning, LED lighting, smart TV with all international channels and fiber optic internet. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The furnished terrace is the ideal place for al fresco dining, sunbathing or enjoying lazy summer evenings. In addition, each apartment has a small, private garden area.

The attractive apartment complex "Sol Atlantico" is located on a hill on the outskirts of Lagos, in a quiet, idyllic setting. The complex consists of 6 bungalows, each with 2 apartments, and is situated on a large, completely fenced-in property surrounded by well-tended gardens.
The access is secured by a gate. All apartments offer a fantastic view over the surrounding landscape, the majority of the units also benefit from a breathtaking view over the port city of Lagos to the Atlantic.
Outside there is a large swimming pool and a smaller pool for children, a spacious sun terrace, a pool bar with barbecue area, parking spaces and well-tended gardens for communal use.

PARTICULAR NOTES REGARDING THIS PROPERTY

The apartment complex is located in a quiet area, but only approx. 5 minutes by car from the town center, where you can find numerous shopping and business opportunities as well as all amenities, such as larger supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, the post office, banks, doctor's surgeries, private clinics, hospital, tourist information, train and bus station etc.
The popular marina, with its numerous cafes, bars and restaurants, is just 1.7 km from the complex and is the ideal place to enjoy a delicious meal or a refreshing drink while watching the boats go byor enjoy a breathtaking sunset. Various sandy beaches, including the popular Meia Praia beach, and sights such as the world-famous rock formation "Ponta da Piedade" can be reached in a few minutes by car. Faro Airport is about 90km away and can be easily reached by private car via the motorway or country road, as well as by public transport.
