The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker etc., a washing machine is available.
A small bar kitchen serves the terrace with barbecue for relaxing evenings.

Outside you will find the pool terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Car parking spaces in the yard.

Location notes

Carvoeiro was a fishing village grown over the last 20 years to a sizeble holiday resort. Situated halfway along the Algarve coast, about 45 minutes from Faro airport. It has not lost the it�s charm, keeping to low-rise buildings in the traditional Algarvian style. This cosmopolitan resort has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, a few night clubs, supermarkets, boutiques, banks, chemist and local facilities.
Near by, you can walk to Rocha Brava Resort and beach, where there are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
This property is within walking distance of a par 3, 9 hole golf course, a tennis club and gym complex, supermarket, beauty salon, several restaurants and beautiful panoramic cliff-top walks. A short drive away is the picturesque, bustling beach village of Carvoeiro with it's beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and caf�s, tourist office, health clinic and car rental offices. In the immediate area, just minutes away, there are two 18 hole golf courses - and over twenty more along the coast.
