Description

Casa Pato Preto has 3 bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms and kitchen are decorated with beautiful Portuguese tiles.
A 3rd shower room is located at the pool area.
The spacious living and dining room leads out onto a large terrace and beautiful garden.

Kitchen and utility room with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster.

The patio is located between the house and pool area, a shady place from the strong sun or wind, also very popular in the warm summer evenings.

The rooftop terrace offers guests the opportunity to sunbath with a wonderful view of the sea and the countryside.

Casa Preto is the perfect house for every season. Because of the heated pool, the house can also be used in the cooler months.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Location notes

Casa Pato Preto is located within the Carvoeiro Clube resort, on a vey private and large green plot with over 2000m2.
The ideal location of the house can be found in the immediate vicinity of the golf clubs and tennis facilities. The cliffs are within a few minutes, and the numerous beaches in the area.

An ideal home for summer and winter with central heating, solar panels and heat pumps. A Heated pool is available at an additional cost.

Beaches are reachable with a short drive away.

Geographical situation: Prefered weather position south of Monchique mountains with more than 300 sunny days.
Nearby beaches, boat trips, excursions to the varied environment, water parks and Zoomarine with dolphins offer something for every taste.

Many sports such as surfing, diving, horse riding or just walking along the cliffs offer the guest many sport oportunities to satisfy everybody.
